Procedure to Purchase Bigger Diamonds:
 

  1. For Existing Customers: If you are already a customer of MH(i.e. with a BA Name), log in to the Messenger and request for the purchase, specifying the Certificate Number, making sure you have sufficient Coupons or fund in your Account Statement. You are allowed to use 100% Coupons towards payment of the listed price.

  2. For New Customers: If you are not already a customer of MH, there are 2 options for you to purchase bigger diamonds:

    (a) You can request another MH customer to purchase it on your behalf by paying him/her the listed price. He/she will purchase it for you using Coupons and fund in his/her Account Statement. When the diamond(s) has been delivered to the customer, he/she will give you the diamond(s);or,

    (b) You can sign in as a customer and with a BA name, you may follow Procedure 1 above to purchase bigger diamonds.
