What is MH's relationship with IGI?
Raw diamonds are cut and polished in specialized facilities in Belgium and China. The cut diamonds are weighed, graded, and laser-printed with a serialized number. They are then appraised and certified by the IGI in Belgium, before they are sealed and dispatched to MH. MH delivers the cut & polished – but un-mounted – diamonds to its customers in their original IGI-sealed packaging.

Is MH's business concept in full compliance with the law?
MH is incorporated in the Labuan Federal Territory, Malaysia and conducts its business world-wide via the Internet. Customers purchase directly from MH. It is therefore their responsibility to ensure that the laws of their countries allow them to buy diamonds, diamond watches and diamond silver pendants online from another country. Purchasing online Website Builder & hosting services & products is definitely legal. In most countries, bringing in a diamond silver pendant of nominal value, a piece of diamond or watch valued at $300 to $400 is tariff-free.
When a customer secures sales for MH & earns from such action, it is the same as word-of-mouth advertising. Our products are of high quality and certified by the world renowned IGI. How can I be sure the diamonds I buy from MH are genuine?
Every diamond supplied by MH is accompanied by a certificate with a serialized number from IGI. The certificate describes in detail the quality and specifications of the gem. Each diamond also bears that serialized number, laser-inscribed on its girdle, and is delivered to you in the original plastic packaging sealed by IGI.
To confirm that the diamond is genuine, go to the official IGI website http://www.igiworldwide.com/IGI_ONLINE/Client/ , key in the Diamond Report No. and search for your diamond. It will give you all the evaluation details of your diamond and this would confirm that this certificate is issued by IGI.

What is MH's diamond product range?
MH promotes the entry-level of minimum 0.20 carat, H in color, VS 1 in clarity. The choice spans Princess, Baguette, Pear, Oval, Marquise, Emerald, Heart Shape & Round Brilliant Cut. When & where do I get my diamonds? After purchase, you can either collect the diamond personally or authorize another representative to collect it on your behalf from the MH Office in Malaysia or Dubai. Alternatively, at your request and own expense and risk, the product may be sent to the address given by you.
How do I compare MH prices to retail store diamonds?
MH is committed to providing fair prices. You must compare like with like – meaning the same grade of stone, same packaging and same quality control like laser inscription. Moreover, the stone must carry an IGI certificate or an equivalent certificate from another reputable international gemmological institute.
