What is My Virtual Office?
It is a real-time, on-line tool created by MH's IT department to help you operate your business with the company. It can be accessed at any time via internet, from anywhere, to organize your commissions, do redemption and transfers, and profile update. You can also use it to communicate with MH office personnel should you need their support.

 

What is a Business Account?
A Business Account is set up for you at the time of your purchase. You must create a name for your business, and MH has a standard procedure by which you do so: Each Business Account name can have any characters (alpha-numeric) up to a maximum total of 15 characters. The BA created shall be your permanent BA to designate your group of Business Centers.

Commission payment and all correspondence are sent only to the owner. The owner's particulars and preferences are stored in a Personal Profile file that can be updated at any time via the Internet.

A BA can be treated like a property. You can sell, transfer or assign ownership, and it carries an inheritance clause in which your heirs or next-of-kin can be designated.

 

What is a Business Center?
A Business Center is given to you upon purchasing a MH product package. It is designed to monitor all your sales activities and those of the down-lines you introduce to MH, and you can access it at all times.

 

What is a Business Account login?
When you click on My Virtual Office, you are prompted to key in your BA name and PIN/Puzzle Password to login. This is your own choice of name that you select when you sign up.

 

Can I request a BC password on behalf of another member?
No. MH only reveals the security account number and security account password if there is a request, by fax, from the Profile BA owner.

Why must I do a USK sign up?
Your serial numbered USK with your Puzzle Password is essential for you to access your Virtual Office for the first time. This is the passport to your account.

 

Why is it called Puzzle Password?
It requires the inserting of the required character codes into the puzzle format prescribed by the system. The character codes vary at each access and you do not have to remember any numbers.

 

What is PIN login?
Subsequent login requires a Personal Identity No.(PIN) to access your Virtual Office. 

 

About Purchase

 

How do I buy a product from MH?
You must sign up as a MH Customer by purchasing one of the Product Packages available. See Product Packages Available Follow the instructions and choose the Product Package you want.

 

How do I pay MH?
You may pay by (1) Purchasing a loaded USK(for the specific product package) from your Introducer, or using an USK and cash from your account statement (2) Via PayPal Credit Card, or (3) Via Direct Payment to MH. Go to Payment Method and follow the instructions. After that, follow the payment Procedure Payment Procedure

 

MH Debit/ATM Card

 

Does MH issue its own Debit/ATM Card?
Yes, you may apply for the MH Debit/ATM Card.

How may I apply for this Debit Card payment facility?

Is there a processing fee?
Yes, US$25.00 is charged.

 

How does this facility help my MH business?
You can request for your commission to be released into your MH Debit/ATM Card Account. You can access your Debit Card Account through any internationally recognized ATM machine worldwide(except in those countries where credit cards or ATM cards cannot be used) to check your account balance and withdraw money.

 

Can I purchase a MH Product Package with my MH Debit Card?
No, not for the time being. Perhaps in the future.

 

What are the Procedures for Signing up Customers without USK and for Refund of US$10?

 

Signing up a new customer without USK

The Introducer is to complete particulars of the new customer in the usual format by choosing a Product Package and submit it through the system.

The system will check the Introducer account statement and deduct the amount of US$210 from his/her account statement accordingly.

The system will send a Puzzle Password to the email address provided by the new customer/BA.

 

END:   Process of signing up a new customer without USK is completed successfully.

Subsequently, customer decided to purchase a USK.

Purchase of USK. 
BA without USK login will have to buy a USK from the up-line or another BA who has a USK card which has no activated Product Package.

Seller must change ownership of the USK to the purchaser & pass the USK to the purchaser. (Customer must make sure the ownership of the USK is changed into his/her BA name before paying him/her)

 

USK Activation and refund of US$10

Proceed to "Virtual office" and spot the "CLICK here >> USK Activation" to activate the USK function. This link is only available to a BA who has signed up without a USK.

Click on the USK activation and enter the USK serial no. and puzzle password (use first 10 characters in Puzzle Password (Row1, Column 0-9).), then submit.

System will verify the validity of the USK serial no.

If the validation is successful, the system will show the message : "Your USK UAA10000 has been successfully activated and US$10 has been deposited into your account statement. Click here to proceed to the USK testing page by selecting the appropriate card reader installation."
