Glossary

Business Account (BA) A BA is needed for a customer to receive commissions and/or bonuses from MH's Customer Reward Program (CRP), and is placed in accordance with the Rules & Regulations of the CRP.
Business Center (BC) A BC is needed to enable Mega Holdings to calculate commissions and/or bonuses.
Non-Active Business Account A BA is considered to be non-active if the customer has not received any commissions, and does not have any down-line/s attached to her/his genealogy, after being a MH customer for more than six months.
Customer(s) A customer is anyone who has purchased a Product Package from MH. Any written agreement with Mega Holdings is considered to be an authentic and binding legal document. A customer agrees to adhere to and abide by MH's Terms & Conditions.
Customer Reward Program (CRP) The CRP comprises the Introducer Bonus, Step Bonus, Volume Bonus and Renewal Bonus whereby commissions  paid by MH to a customer are based on the number of sales secured by that customer for MH.
Introducer Bonus This is the commission paid when the customer secures a sale for MH. It is paid immediately for the service rendered. 
Step Bonus This is a commission earned according to the Rules & Regulations governing the CRP for matching Point Value (PV) earned from sales on the Left & Right Groups of the customer's own genealogy.
Volume Bonus This is a reward for total sales target reached by the customer under MH's CRP.
Renewal Bonus This is the commission earned according to the Rules & Regulations governing the CRP for renewing the product account after 12 months.
Point Value(PV) This is the value of points given when a customer purchases a Product Package & is strictly used for bonus calculation.
Puzzle Password This is the method used upon first sign up as a MH customer to login to the Virtual Office to do transactions.
Coupons  Coupons are earned in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the CRP. Coupons are strictly for the redemption of MH products.
USK A card device used as a passport for a new customer to gain access to the MH system to make transactions.
Sparkle Team Status (STS) Sparkle Team Status is achieved by a customer upon achieving total to date income of US$100,000.00.  
The Company “The Company” refers to Mega Holdings Ltd.
The Management This group includes Mega Holdings directors, managers, employees and consultants who are officially involved in the company's day-to-day operations.
The Products(s) The products refer to the items contained in the Product Catalogs promoted, marketed and supplied by Mega Holdings as described in the company's website.
Product Package It refers to a combination of website builder, IGI diamond, diamond watch and/or silver pendant packaged together as one product item.
